Job Analysis:

 

A very important part of Human Resource is Job Analysis.
Its very important in recruitment and selection, job evaluation, job designing, compensation and benefits , performance appraisal, training and development needs, overall organizational productivity.




The  Job Analysis  is a well versed process in which complete information about the job duties and responsibilities of specific job is gathered properly.

Main motive is is to find the right person for the job at the right place.
Need right candidate for the particular job.






Performance Analysis


  • Job analysis helps management to understand the goals and objectives of a particular job need to met .
  • All the performance standards set , evaluation criteria and individual’s output are need to check through performance analysis.
  • After all points checked overall performance of an employee is measured.
  • Now appraisal is given according to performance.


Training and Development: 
Training and development needs of employees are also important in Job Analysis.
Its very important when Organization hire any employee, its a role of HRM to decide what training and development procedure to provide for the new joiners and existing employees.
It helps in deciding the training needs , tools and equipment to be used and methods of training required.




Compensation Management: 
In deciding the pay packages to given to new employees or existing ones job analysis helps to measure all the things need. What extra benefits should be given,fixed and variable incentives for employees any many rewards are designed in job analysis only.
THE PAY SCALE ALWAYS DEPENDS upon the position, job title and duties and responsibilities in a particular job.
The process of job analysis guides HR managers to decide the worth for employee for a particular job opening.
