Human Resource Management  (HRM  or  HR)   is basically known as
managing  the human resources.
It basic purpose is to increase employee performance and it's a strategy of employer's objectives basically.  HR  primarily is concerned with the managing all people within organizations and focus on policies of the Organization.

Meaning of Human Resource Management :

HRM includes Recruitment Selection,Induction,Training and Development, performance of appraisal, compensation and benefits, Motivating employees , Maintaining good relations with employees and Clients, employees safety, welfare and healthy measures  and it includes compliance with labor laws of Country also.


HRM is a strategic position and its not all about only managing people but also providing and maintaining the workplace culture and environment.

Effective Role of HRM gives opportunity to employees to contribute to Organisation with effective and productive way to achieve the goals and objectives of organization together.

Objective of HRM
Every organization has set a target and yearly or monthly goals.

The company wants to do the best in order to make profit and appliances possible at the lowest cost for the good profit .
ORGANIZATION Needs human resources to accomplish all the goals.

EVERY COMPANY NEED EMPLOYEES AS per their requirements.
The main objective of human resource department is to make surety that company to retains people with the good skills and necessary to meet company's goals.


Definition of HRM:

The process in which employees are hired and being trained and developed as per Organizational needs and thus they become more valuable to the Organisation.

Human Resource Management has to conduct job analyses, proper planning of personnel needs, responsible to recruit the right people for the job, After hiring training the candidate and managing wages and salaries, provide benefits and incentives, evaluate performance, resolve disputes of Organisation , and communicating with all employees is also necessary at all levels.
These all responsibilities are core part of HR management.
All knowledge about industry, leadership, and effective negotiation skills are important . These all process comes under personnel management.


In practice of HRM is all about the strategic goals for the organization.
The HRM policy are indirectly also responsible for the organizational goals.
Any organization has HRM policies and its true to take seriously with policies. To maintain discipline and working culture its necessary.
If we come the conclusion, the practice of HRM should be integrated with the overall strategies and to bring effectiveness in the people and provide better results to the organizations in terms of ROI (Return on Investment) for every money spent on them.

HRM practice is designed in such a way, the Organizations are utilizing people fully. And directly results as the success of the organization.
